Happy New Year!!

Wow. Can you believe it’s 2012? Seems crazy to me! A lot of big exciting changes are happening this year. The completion of our entire home renovation as well as our wedding in August!! I’m so excited about both. I have kinda been slacking in wedding planning recently because everything reno has taken over our lives but that’s okay. I feel pretty good about where we are at in wedding planning and have just over 8 months to go! Next up are our save the dates, which I’ll be sharing later on.

I have progress photos of the house! It’s been a long time since I shared some, so here it goes.

This is the marble bullnose for the master shower sitting inside the wall insert for shampoo and conditioner

You are now officially updated on all the progress at the house! It’s coming along quickly. Our hardwood floors for the entire first floor of the house are coming in a week. I hope to secure our slab of granite for the kitchen counters within the next week, and we are selecting the rest of our light fixtures soon! I’m most anxious to see how the kitchen turns out, we have a meeting with our contractor tonight to confirm our custom cabinet selection.

I’m getting ahead of myself with looking at furniture, but I’m so dang excited to decorate the house!
